President Obama on House Passage of the Health Reform Bill
The day after the House passes the health reform bill 220-215, President Obama comments on the historic moment from the Rose Garden at the White House.
Obama says it was "a courageous vote for many members of Congress" given the "rhetoric" prior to the vote. "We are finally this close to getting reform done... Now it falls on the United States Senate... and I'm absolutely confident that they will" pass the bill.
