We have a limited space to shoot in, so we need to get creative. A full size tripod with a wide angle lens will not do the trick. I cut down a full size tripod so I still have the nice glide head,and mounted it to a board. This raskel works just fine,and you can put a larger pro camera on it. We did our testing with my toy camera.

We need to make the sounds for the robots treads when he is running, stopped and turning... I was thinking of using the sounds of a printer for the gun turret.
