@Oracle and higher temperatures means MORE EVAPORATION from the same area, so i guess it leads to more moisture and that leads to more rain in the summer and more snow in the winter lol

In does not snow in North pole or South pole as well.
It is because snow actually appears only if the temperature hits a certain degree...
Which is why temperature is the deciding factor and not the available water

Excellent adaptation for real off-roading. Probably incredibly noisy on tarmac but ... on raw ground - clever. Don't let the Chinese copy it!!
