  • I've always had a hard time with this theory. I mean I'm 6' and 190 lbs. eat damn near anything I want when I want and as often as I want, but I gain nothing. How is that possible? I love salad, love meat and love veggies. I remember one day my wife made a meal and I sat at the table and looked around as if confused and asked rather hatefully "Where's the meat?" to which she stated "Cant we have a meal witout meat for once?" I said "Hell no!" She hasnt done that again More..

    • @acrolite It is a disease and the recent discovery of the hormone responsible for fat conversion is proof of that. Exercise isn't what burns the calories, it's the release of the hormone caused by exercise and fat people just don't produce enough of it. Granted, there are people who just eat too much and don't get enough exercise but there are definitely biological differences between habitually overweight people and skinny fast food junkies.

    • @edfmaniac Really? How would that explain the drastic increase in the rate of obesity in the last 30 years?
It isn't as simple as calories in to calories burned, it has to do with the type of calories you intake. Most importantly it has to to with carbohydrates and sugars.

Grocery stores nowadays are packed to the brim with carbs and sugars. If you're not a picky health-conscious buyer, over time your body will start to process the food you eat differently. I agree that some of it is hormona More..

  • I juice my foods and eat them raw, talking veggies and fruit. There's nothing healthier than juicing your own foods. Eat well, live well.

Stop consuming corn meal products!! The govt subsidized corn meal industry is killing us. For the first time ever the average life span of Americans will decrease due to diabetes and other food related causes.

  • It's not a disease, just technology quickly catching up to us all. Just look at how easy technology makes once labor intensive tasks. If we all just took a second and just... Who he fuck am I kidding, come here bacon, I love you so much. Never leave me.

  • Ricky is speaking as if he wouldn't be classified as overweight by any doctor and most of the population. Take that shirt off and you'd get a resounding negative response from the crowd brainwashed by society to believe that 5% body fat is normal. Lay of the chips sonny boy!!!
