  • It was that "I'm a LiveLeak Uploader" tee shirt she was wearing that caught their attention.

  • Getting arrested because you make a cop feel unsafe by standing around. I've seen far too many videos of this happening now to think it's anything else than systematic. I'm glad to be on the other side of the pond. You yanks are being deterred from enforcing accountability now that it's easy because pretty much everyone has a camera. That to me is a stable indicator of growing corruption rather than being a nuisance or threat to the cops. I also think it'll provide escalation to the crimes as le More..

  • The policemen in this video are 100% wrong in their actions! You can - fight city hall and I would!

  • Go in the house, call their supervisor and demand he get off his ass and come down there. In the mean time, video them out of the window in the house.

  • Fascist pigs. This isn't MY America. All the citizens should refuse to pay taxes en masse to protest and demand that cop be fired, and get a citizen's council over the cops.
THEY work for US WE DO NOT work for them! From Obama on down, THEY are either OUR servants or they need to be replaced!

  • Rochester, NY, must have more $$ that they know what to do with. Cops do not get to make up rules as they go.

  • I wouldn't want somebody hanging around behind my line of vision either. Their jobs are dangerous enough as it is. Film from your door next time, asshat.

    • @rongravy

Exactly. She's filming them doing their jobs because she doesn't trust them, but they are supposed to trust her actions behind them. Even after she made it clear she had a bias toward them.

She could've filmed them from her front door. The officer never once told her to stop recording.

    • @Captain Canuck

You're right...I wonder how she would feel if a policeman, or anybody for that fact, showed up at her place of work and started video taping her. I wonder if she would like that?

  • Haha. I'm going to stick my nose in other people's business and then repeatedly ignore officer's directions, whoops now I'm arrested. You crybabies sound like her. You don't even know what constitutes a police state. Try that bullshit with law enforcement in most of the world, I bet you won't get multiple warnings.

  • Listen to the police...and nothing happens...don't listen...bad things can happen. Besides, she WANTED that to happen...she was edging for a fight.

Blindly obey you say. I think not!

Know your rights, know your local laws and general ordinances. Stand up for yourself.

Respect must be earned. It's not obligatory, even with the cops.
