Same here at least 19, blindfolds increase fear and make someone easier to control as said, the duct tape around the mouth makes an effective gag so they don't have to listen to the victims screams.
Its also used over the mouth and nose to suffocate some victims.
There's not much mutilation on these men and women luckily.
