    Very left-field. My first response is why can I get a crystal clear unbroken video from pbs but not LL or YT?

    My second observation is technical. Risk has been well known for a long time. Why did the derivative processes not factor in the risk elements and create 100% coverage by secondary instruments? That is, if I sell you something then I should have a serious security to cover your default.
