@Clutchski But hes got a safety harness. Its like playing russian roulette with blank bullets. I dont understand what the big deal is, no risk no balls and no point.

@Clutchski I didnt notice for a while either, its just not impressive, hes more likely to do it if theres a harness, no nerves. That guy who fell and died many years ago, nwow that guy had balls the size of planets.

He didn't want to wear a harness and wasn't going to but the television company coerced him into it.
First they were going to allow him to go without the safety harness and go with a 7 second television delay in case he fell off but then they decided to pull the plug on the entire thing if he didn't wear the harness.
Hope that helps shed some light on the subject of his bravery etc.

His great-grandfather Karl Wallenda was killed at the age of 73, attempting to walk between two buildings in Puerto Rico in 1978.

That whole thing cost around 1.3 million dollars. Wonder how much he was paid?

There was a pulley with cable attached to him and the tight rope for safety...

Does he get extra points for doing a barrel roll?

would've been hilarious if someone flew an R/C plane into him.

Good on him for defying the pall of tragedies and putting the name "The Flying Wallendas" back on the map! This man has balls that clank.

Though he's not the first he is the only Niagara high wire walker to cross at the widest point of the gorge right in the howling mist above the brink of the falls.
It is certainly worthy to mention Jean Gravelet, "The Great Blondin" w More..

Fucking pointless, he couldn't fall and die if he tried, guys tied in with a harness and tethered to the cable, see the thing dragging behind him about a foot that's the attachment of the tether to the cable going up to his safety harness.
