Apache landing at the Gordon Ranch Rosenberg Texas 5-31-08
The Gordon Ranch in Rosenberg Texas is where I work. It is a "party ranch" where companies have their picnics as well as church groups family reunions etc. On this day a group that made the Apache chopers was having a party there. The husband of the lady in charge who flew Apaches in Iraq flew in one to show off to the guests that day. This was an awsome site even without the armor that it carries...to watch this bird land It brought back chilling memories to me of the cobra's and hueys of Vietnam. Hope you enjoy.
