This is a well known story for many people. Failing school systems, failing local economies, tax payers out of work, working tax payers having the load shifted to them....

All across the country, teachers in questionable situations are being paid to sit in a room and do nothing, while teachers' unions demand more pay and more benefits, yet they allow these teachers to sit and do nothing to help carry their load.
