My QC Michael Byrne and Lawyer Chelsea Emery were amazing in court, run rings around the 2 idiots from “Task force Argos” ass holes, and caught them out in so many lies. They think they were the only ones recording my conversations, pfft. The idiots had a search warrant for the wrong home, does that sound familiar?? And they were forced to admit they went to my ex wife’s home 4 hours prior to finding me hoping to entrap me but never mentioned that in their brief of evidence.

Unfortunately I was dealt a dud hand with a magistrate

I’m looking forward to a trial by Jury, especially when we show the baby Swinging circus family video was aired on TV prior to me uploading it along with others from a show called “Amazing medical Stories”

The Barrister for the Commonwealth of Australia DPP offered me a lesser charge if I pleaded guilty prior to court. And they thought I would be silly enough to take it, what an insult to my intelligence.

We as you are suffering from a global melt down with unemployment running ripe through out the world, but government employees can spend our tax $$ with immunity and not answer to anyone. This case is being watched around the world, in no other country could you be charged for uploading the video in question. Go to any site and type in “swinging baby” and you have it.
