Yes, just a few short years ago Glen "pull yourself up by your own bootstraps" Beck – the man who would have you believe that every American who wants health care reform is a freeloading bum looking for a handout – was begging his listeners to buy him a brand new Mercedes S600.

Seems our boy really, really, really wanted a new Mercedes back in 2003, but he somehow felt that he shouldn't have to pay for it out of his own pocket.... and that his adoring fans should buy it for him as a gift.

Seriously.
