6am of October 7th, Thai protestors, PAD (People Alliance for Democracy), surrounded the parliament in order to block the lawmakers of PPP (People Power Party) and the Prime Minister, Somchai Wongsawat, the said nominee of ousted PM, Thaksin Shinnawatr, for the policy announcement on that day.
The peaceful protestors armed with hand clappers blocked all accesses by sitting behind the blockage on the road just few hours before the sudden attack by the police. Several kinds of armament such as shotguns, hand grenades, tear gas bombs and HK33 firearms were used to disperse the crowd. After hours of shootout, one man and a young lady were dead, and more than 400 were injured. Some of the victims lost their hands, legs, and eyes. Up to the moment, two of them are still unconscious in the ICU.
The death of the man is very suspicious. His body was torn apart and seriously burnt. It’s very possible that he was shot by some kind of grenade launcher when he tried to hide himself from the police behind a Jeep. You can see the wagon burning in the video.
The PPP government since the regime of Thaksin violently defeated the anti-government protestors. 4 years ago, the same violence was used with muslim people in the south of Thailand (Takbai massacre) and had ignited the terrorism of the 3 southern provinces which still lasts until moment.
Thaksin was ousted by the bloodless coup in 2006, and are trying to seek for political asylum in UK. This incident is one of his revenge for Thailand. The next revenge is to overthrow the royal institution!
It’s very sad for all poor Thais. Their beloved nice and beautiful country has been under the curse of satan and will never be as peaceful as it used to be, unless Thaksin is ridded.
