@Windolicker they fire rifle grenade , APAV 40 F2, it's an anti-personnel and anti-vehicle grenade. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/APAV40
There is also the AC58 rifle-grenade ( anti-tank version , not in the video )
Main advantage, every FAMAS or Nato stanag rifle can fire those grenades whitout any rifle modification or grenade launcher.
