Tradesman Knock's Out Junkie
The junkie or smaller guy was moving the tradesman's ladder and equipment repeatedly as he worked on the roofs of the small businesses. The tradesman warned the man many times to stop. The man had enough and came down to confront the junkie when he spat of the tradesman face, that is why you see him take his shirt off and begin to fight.
