@Triode disslocated both knees at the same time a few years back, that hurt a little, but i stayed awake, even straightend my own leg before the medics got to me, you dont always go to sleep depends on personal strenght pain threshold.

He is a nob, but you can loose a fuck load of blood into the thigh from a fractured femur; more than a few litres. A fractured femur can sever the femoral artery resulting in hypovolemic shock which can result in death....
...So the nob gets the retrieval team.
