  • This is why grunts love the air wing.
Got an annoying sniper messing up your barbeque?
Mooj mortars keeping you up all night, no sleep?
    Hadji snooping around your wire?
Don't hesitate to call your friendly neighborhood HMLA squadron, 24/7.

  • Huey's havent been used as anything other than utility helicopters for many years. I really doubt that this is a Huey.

    • @tat2d Not true. A new variant was just rolled out in 2008.

    • @Epic_Beard_Man I believe that is what I said. Huey is not being used, There are a few variants such as you listed, such as the Venom, around 09 or so. It is not a Huey such as what we called the UH-1D,C,M, etc. The Venom is a completely different aircraft, in design and performance. Longer hull, 4 blade rotor, twin engines. Etc. Im not sure how many may be in Afghanistan, but I do know that there are only very few of them and they are owned by the Marines.
I flew many an hour in UH1 Iroquois. A More..

    • @tat2d Correct. But to your average liveleaker who doesn't know their aircraft, they are all just Hueys...

  • I did not hear a minigun in this video. Sounds like a single barreled gun.
