    the cop was out of order and abused his limited authority.
    in the uk if you are not breaking a LAW then a real CONSTABLES job is to uphold your rights.

      Besides, he was there to get the shot and through his attitude lost it.

      I don't think the UK has any bill of rights anyways. Common law is so grey it's best perhaps not to rely on what you or I think it is.

      our declaration of rights 1688. is nothing to do with parliement bud it is between us and the king. it is when WE DECLARED OUR ENALIENABLE RIGHTS.
