Sorry, i just know they all have this big ass hairy black bush goin on that they are probably hiding 10-15 small ass terrorists inside and that isn't good for any country.

It was implied. A "beautiful woman" as a result of being "half American, half Pakistani".
Neither of these relate to skin color or ethnicity.
There is no such thing as a half American. You either hold citizenship or you don't.
Americans consist of Caucasians, Blacks, Orientals, Hispanics, Native Americans (aka Indians), etc. These (as races) are the measure for the outcome of mixed breeds and beautiful women - not citizenship of a particular country.
