Piston head means into cars, truck's, bikes in a performance capacity, modifying, working on, racing etc., An enthusiast :@)
I always associate this song with a street rod. Find it hard to drive in a respectable manner when this song comes on the radio & I got it cranked. Even driving a full size van I just wanna stomp on it LOL.
One of the ultimate driving songs.
