You are very right! This is a very old clip, featured many times here on LL. It's a Dutch F16 on the shooting range Vliehors (Vlieland) in the North Sea. So Afghanistan is "just a few miles" further east. Uploader is talking 100% bullshit.

i've seen a lower flyby of an F-16, was just a foot above the ground, just a second before it crashed and blew up in a fireball.
