This guy was an associate of Fazlullah (Mullah FM) when the Taliban were running their criminal rule on Swat. To be honest the army could have kicked his headto bits, but they didn't, and were trying to get information from him. If he had been left to local Swatis they would have not beat him, they would have just killed him....
