Oil tanker crashs with pickup.Killing 2.
Witnesses said the pick-up drove the wrong way down the off-ramp and slammed into the tanker, causing an explosion. The tanker rolled onto its side and slid into the shoulder.
Officials have confirmed two fatalities.
