SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- The Coast Guard conducts an overflight of a fire near San Juan, Friday, Oct. 23, 2009. The fire is from an explosion that occurred at the Caribbean Petroleum Corporation tank farm in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Coast Guard video.
