This is a perfect example of over reacting and abuse of authority. This is becoming a police state and there is something called DISCRETION PEOPLE. The problem is we have militant women (feminist loons) and socialist judges that would love nothing more than to break up the family unit, so the state can raise the kids. This is where we are heading.
