  • It seems that when the government is involved too many corners get cut because there is no accountability or incentive to do well. Look at the collective farms of the Soviet Union and how poorly they produced.

    Russian designed equipment is cheap cheap CHEAP.
    compare rifles to to rifles
    and
    jets to jets
    They supply all the dirtbag renegades of the world because of it.

    Compare ships to ships;

    India got 'owned' with the ex Soviet aircraft carrier they purchased.

    US turns old carriers into "green" artificial reefs.

    It can't come back to haunt you. ( like the Indian navy will some day discover ) if they ever get that relic out of the Russian shipyard and put it to sea

    you should come to quebec and see for your self what we have achieved with hydroelectric power plant , we run on these power plant and sell surplus to us of a , way cheaper then nuke (waste manedgment..exept in rusia) way greener then cole , but still not green cuz it wipe out entire ecosysteme still good but best is solar ,wave , curent , and wind power!
