I don`t know what their road/vehicle laws are regarding an unobstructed view, but you would expect the driver to use common sense. Especially in an urban enviroment.

@ventex4785 maybe, maybe not..imagine her face covered with helmet..the tyre might have actually slipped against the smooth surface of helmet and deformed (front and back) saving her life..as i say its just an assumption, better to wear one.
