Because he can walk away it doesn't mean he isn't hurt. I once had my leg hit by a truck while on a motorbike. It seemed fine. An hour later it was the size of a sumo wrestlers leg and I spent two moths on crutches.

I don't know.. how would you feel if someone crossing in heavy traffic - not at an intersection, no crosswalk walked in front of your car and you hit him? I'd be pissed for busting my windshield like that.

Should use the crosswalk next time. Cop wasn't going that fast. No crosswalk or light that I could see. Stupid ped right in the middle of the road should be looking both ways.

AHAHAHA IDIOTS, this video is sooo old. It happened in Russia. He refused to stop on command of police in Russia and ran, few minutes later he was stopped by this pedestrian.
If some idiots still unsure, pay closer attention to other cars....
