This is our cool, big and ugly native fish. The mighty Murray Cod. I've caught some decent ones in my time but nothing like this. Though I have had "small" ones in fish tanks that would play soccer with ping pong balls. They're more intelligent than people think. I once had one in a tank with 2 oscars that were twice the size of him and he still tried to knock them off every day. Never seen an oscar feel so intimidated before :)
