@Oneirishman Pasteurization actually destroys the vitamins and nutrition that are in the milk. Fresh whole milk is very good for you. The shit you buy that is pasteurized and filtered and then has to have the vitamin D artificially added back in is crap.

I was once following a goods van with one of its back doors open, as he rounded a bend a box fell out so i slowed down and retrieved it (As you do) upon arriving home i carefully opened it.
