In heavey snow fall conditions, I can hear tree limbs make noise like that when the load on the branch is too great.

it could be gun shots..

The shots could have been warning shots to keep unauthorized civilians away from the crashsite.
In the comments at youtube I read different opinions about the correct translation of the spoken Russian / shouted texts. I have not read about Polish shouted or spoken texts in the video.
I havenīt noticed any comments by official international press about this video.
I hope some experts in Russian language will react to explain.

They all wanted to be at the ceremony and the pilot was pressured to land. Now they are all dead. Justice have been served and pilots will use this event as a example when pressured by their company to perform stupid moves in bad weather.
