@RickBond___For frying toms or squash I mix in some Tony's, garlic powder and cracked pepper.
I also use pancake mix when I make a beer batter for deep frying fish. I'll do a viddy about that perhaps this week if the weather gets better.

The water is about 1 foot higher than normal as I type this. I would say it got up 8.5 to 9 feet high at its peak around my place
