Lady Lawyer Educates Bensalem (PA) Cop

Some PETA'esque activists are confronted by the police, however, one of the protesters happens to be a practicing lawyer fully aware of her rights and the law........enjoy!

  • This video is better than that other one I seen of a man claiming that the gun club attempted to murder him with their car.

I am very interested in that mentioned "shooting". Everyone out there should have a camera with them.

  • God Bless these women......The dumbfuks who talk shit about her on this forum are the true idiots... They claim they are Republicans, Teabaggers, etc. and care about our Freedom and Rights....that;s all this lady did. She knew her rights and nobody could fuk with her. Respect and voted.

  • Its still not wise to piss off the cops, but cops should be more bipartisan.

  • This is the cops' new wiretap law threat trick to get people not tape their legal indiscretions.

And that gun club member looks like the nut job from UFO hunters.

  • This was pretty entertaining. I can't believe these guys want to kill live pigeons so bad they are worried about being video taped going in there to do it. They apparently must have reservations about doing this or they would get out and talk to these people and say "my name is (whaever) and I am proud to shoot and kill live pigeons. I'm doing this because of (insert whatever reason)". Why are they so upset? I would just ignore the people with the cameras. But I'm not an asshole t More..

  • They were in the disputed area when he tried to hit them. That's still attempted murder. And if he's just that shitty of a driver he should have his license withdrawn.

Other than that, looks like the cops were trying to scare the women with judicial language. On the other hand it would be nice to see the entire footage because I don't think people are provoked to the point that they shoot at others without cause. Even if it was unjustified.

    • @rumplestiltskin It is not private property that is a "public easement"

you can go to their channel or mine and see lots of scummy pigeon shooters who have no problem assaulting people with guns or cars. They are being exposed for loving animal cruelty...they are desperate to hide what they do.

    • @dingledd I wasn't aware that the pigeon shooters had their own channel. What should I search for?

  • I am a guy that ALWAYS holds the police accountable for brutality/excessive force, violation of civil rights etc. in liveleak video threads.
The officer was pretty damned reasonable here. Did a good job.
Except for mischaracterizing the wiretap law of that state. He probably actually THOUGHT that it did apply to this situation. When she said she's a lawyer and has prosecuted and defended wiretapping cases, he saw his error and backed off.
I don't see what all of the whining is about.

    • @castanza128 sorry to reply to you but dingleberry has blocked me for even responding to him. He said that he blocked me because "Do you think arranger actually has anything useful to say....c'mon be real for a second do you?" apparently he didn't like the fact the he posted a video where he openly admitted that he was truspassing and stole property. I just informed him(& everyone else) that he comitted a crime, and it wasn't smart to post a video doing so.
