The accident perpetrator is a fucking idiot for driving drunken. The dashcam guy doesn't hold engouh distance and the crash victim has a weird driving style too as you can see at 00:09.

@Quex I agree with all but the last part. I'm not saying this guy was doing this technique but since everybody just drives on the same part of a road you'll get more bumps and pot holes in those two tyre lines. Now he could of been going against the norm and tried being a smooth driver, if you'll notice there are no cars coming the other way and it was the optimal time to cross the lines, though they are unbroken (Aus rules same as Russian?)
