The moron taxi driver was in neither the turning lane or the straight ahead lane, was kinda in the middle and than ontop of that he/she decided to indicate at the last minute!!

Cab was going to the right then all of a sudden turns on the left blinker and goes for the left simultaneously. And some people blame the bikers lol. What an incredible world we live in.

See that line the taxi crossed? I dont think you are supposed to cross it. Also you are supposed to signal before you turn, not while you turn. The taxi should also be clear with his intentions and not first go right to then go left. He should also check his mirrors and be aware of what is around him before he makes a turn or changes lane. His behaviour was very odd and unpredictable.

At first it may seem so, but...
To me when I rewatched it, it appears he only puts it on at the last second which is near useless.
He should of had it on way before and not have been moving between the two lanes.
