Quoted comment by CapedieMan: The first pass was illegal worldwide. The two others barely legal. Over what land was this shot ??
na all of them flights were at 1000 feet apart, legal in all airspace around the world. If they wernt their TCAS would have been screeming at them to dive!

The first pass is less than 1000ft.
No sorry no TCAS warning was sounding off in the cockpit!
Quoted comment by Texasguns: Totally Legal.
It's called RVSM Airspace. Between FL290-FL410, aircraft can operate at a standard vertical separation of 1,000 feet.
1000 ft vertical separation for opposing aircraft apply above 3000 ft.

TCAS is obviously deactivated or set on long range, This is why I am asking these questions. Vertical separation of the first pass is less than 1000ft and illegal. If you do not agreed fuk yourslef.
1,000ft is only 333 yards. The camera wont have the same focal length as the human eye. It may appear close but is in all probability a perfectly legal seperation.

You've given me the answer to what I asked you a few days ago: You have no experience.
