Three-year-old Jeampier Silvera Arteta disappeared while playing with
his two brothers on a building site. Rescue teams searched the area and
found the child during a second sweep of the sewer system. The missing
boy is pulled though a manhole from the sewer system in the northern
Colombian city of Barranquilla.
