Toddler Rescued From Sewer
Three-year-old Jeampier Silvera Arteta disappeared while playing with
his two brothers on a building site. Rescue teams searched the area and
found the child during a second sweep of the sewer system. The missing
boy is pulled though a manhole from the sewer system in the northern
Colombian city of Barranquilla.

Wow makes me keep my kids a little closer to me. Who lets a three year old play in a construction site. That is one lucky mother when you think that they may have never found the little guy and his family would always wonder what happened to little Javier.

Yes,really. It reported that the kid disappeared on a building site. Presumably exposed drainage. He must have been washed through to where he was discovered....In the street.
