looks like Moore, OK, May 3rd 99, day i took my daughter chasing with me. 1st time i really saw destruction up close. gave me a whole new respect for mother nature

Just unbelievable damage. My wife's best friend lives in Joplin. Their place was pretty much destroyed. Luckily they weren't around to get stuck in it.

i dont know what such a tornade can pull off but i think they should stop building their houses out of wood in such endangered places? to me it looks like 70 % of the stuff on the ground is wood .... k maybe f5 tornados destroy everything in their way but not every tornado is an f5
