Some of the most historical and beautiful citys, landmarks, cathedrals, not to mention the "unmentioned" holocaust on the German people, most of whom were not Nazis, and was largely women and children. Everyone gives the french a hard time about surrendering, but im glad because it saved some of the most spectacular post 19th century architecture, it5 was woth it. Most germen people were never informed of the deathcamps, which were usually in other countries. so what does LeMay do? LEVEL IT ALL, just as vicious as when the Nazis did it. Sure you had a good reason, but in his eyes so did hitler, when nixon gave tthe go ahead for operation arclite, dropping more tonnes of explosives (than in ww1 and ww2 combined) on otherwise innocent poverty strick3en farmers and their families. One of my fav nam sayings was when your passing over a village, where eveyones working their crops peacefully and your manning the side gun on a copter, the saying goes " if the y run, they're VC, if they dont run their well diciplined VC. Considering 2000000 civilians died we can ascertain this motto was put into vigorous use, again, mostly on women and children. Est vc regulars and associate branched, one million dead, babies, children, pretty little girls playing hopscotch, grandmas and grandpas, men who didnt want to fight on either side, Two million dead, Well the numbers show that killing the innocent was twice as more important and presumably much easier, (plus lots of free tail, raped tail but still tail right sickos?)In fact the numbers would suggest the civilian population, all those kids and families like yours or mine, were the actual target most of the time. War is hell, why we want more of it is beyond me, and ill tell you what, im a throwback, my lineage is pure Norse and before that Viking. My family tree goes back the sixteenth century AD. I am 6'3", 205 and thousands of thousands of my anscestors fought, conquered, and died terrifying the entire known world. War is in my blood, and im a natural leader, tho I shun it as much as possible, I hate attention, lol. And I'll tell you this tho, if anyone, and invading chinese force, civil war, or all out war on the people by its own government. All those ancestors of mine, the ones that in a world of exceptional men, the ones that were tough enough to live fight and survive in the most hostile environment, for thousands of years, all in an effort to make ME. So when it starts im gonna be the beserker, you will hear of me, i will be on the front lines, leading charges, killing the enemy with a brutality not seen since my ancestors. And thers many more like me, born fighters, some even born killers. I dont want anyhtinng bad to happen to our two great countries (we have one tenth the people yet manage to keep our gdp (and far more than just a percapita comparison) GOD bless Canada and the US and let us please find our selves in a better place ten years from now. peace

Ha! It was just a joke. Don't get to worked up. You've really gotta admire the Germans represtented in this video. You guys had the whole world against you and still put up one hell of a fight.
I'm actually from New Orleans. We use the Fleur-De-Lis as a symbol of the French heritage of the city. Alot of people here are decendants of French who were expelled from France and then Cananda before settling in Louisiana. The city was also French territory at one time. Please don't call me African. We've got enough of those here in New Orleans, only they're the slightly more domesticated kind of Africans.
