Some people may remember the 76 year old frail pensioner who was beaten unconcious in a German metro station.

Both men,immigrants to the country,beat him to a pulp after a small altercation during the tube ride.

The men,if you can call them that,both recieved 12 years in jail yesterday,for what the judge called an 'Incredibly Cowardly Act'.
