@dezracerca Simple, cut the power to the whole factory. Lost hours is not worth more than 4 lost lives. There should have been a plan in CASE this happens. Planning is everything. The reason no plan was in place for this is because management wanted TO SAVE MONEY! Period.

Sucks for these guys. I've been hit with 277v dual phase through the head and you just shut down. Sight, hearing, touch, all shut off. Everything goes black and you can't even form a coherent thought.
Luckily I was on a fiberglass ladder working on a light fixture and I'd gone over what to do if something happened after seeing several other guys get shocked and taking minor shocks myself. I worked out that if I get hit, and from knowing the electricity will grab you, jump off the ladder if any More..
