the comments were on Poco Bueno's post about issues with LiveLeak moderators and the way they sometimes speak to or deal with members. while this true many times, I have seen that some mods are decent and can take a bad joke in stride. thanks for giving my account back....

@figatomek The rules have been the same since 2006. If someone can't speak their mind within our rules then the problem does not lie with us. We've had the same bitching about the rules by people getting caught breaking them for six years now, oddly enough they're the only ones with an issue.

@OTT I think cowering would be very odd. Looking at your comments your infraction was for flaming. The rules are really pretty simple and if you can't voice your opinion within them then it's pretty much your issue and not ours. I'd rather nobody got infractions or banned personally but I guess it's just not an ideal world.
