  • No, You cannot tell by that. What did it hit? Did it have marker in it? The only real way to know is to test for it or have victims affected. it could have hot some poor dudes dye shop. Ceramic dust, who knows?

    I will be open minded: When I see orange smoke it is orange smoke.

    Smoke has a chemical formula LIKE EVERYTHING.

    In this sense it is chemical but is it a chemical weapon?

    As far as we know from this video it is just orange smoke. A smoke grenade or smoke bomb.

    We'd probably know if it is a chemical weapon because it would be all over the media the next day.
