You do not need to conduct a study to determine black people are dumber than whites. Just turn on a TV, walk through a mall, or talk to one. But that doesn't make it racist, it is just a statement of fact.

Look at folks like Franz Boas, Émile Durkheim and their contemporaries for a starting place.

@wellybub Saw a documentary years ago about German scientists arriving in New Mexico after turning themselves in near the end of the war and being brought over here. The first bus had 70 to 100 passengers and by sundown of the first day nearly all of them had been to the local library and checked out books. The seed of NASA was planted by these people.

Its such BS that we have to tip toe around facts! Did anyone here think the race with the lowest IQ was NOT of african decent? NO! Humans are driven by constraints.
more constraints requires more problem solving skills = more intelligence
Asia has so much competition thus more intelligence is required to survive.
Africa and warmer climates have few constraints thus no use for intelligence.
fact is life might be too easy for the slacking population
not race bound.. just look at the Greeks.

@heydoin what you said is partially true. it's not about constraints, it's about how complicate your life is. we develop a brain in the same way we develop our muscles. for example, we go to the gym and pump iron in order to "fool" our body that it needs to buff up for hard labor and thus build bigger muscles.
same stuff at work is for our brains. IQ tests do not show intelligence, or lack of, here's the whole trick.
so picture this. simple life equals less problems, less stuff to wo More..
