which means "stubborn and ruthless". Came from WWII in which some imperial Jap soliders were ethnic Koreans and they were much worse than Japs when treating Chinese civilians. The Chinese hated those Koreans more than Japanese.

@godofgods Ah but many North Koreans living in China are defectors that have to lay low otherwise they get sent back (aka, a death sentence).
South Koreans doing business dont have that problem so they tend to go wild, especially on nights out as the amount they drink is fucking phenomenal.
