As you can clearly see, the pipes are made from the carcass of a small goat, the head has been cut off with the larynx and respiratory system intact, which gives some of the drones, other tones are made from squeezing the bladder, the stomach and intestines which now been severed and a section fed through the legs to create the different tunes, one leg has been given precisely shaped holes to play the melodic notes. All produced by "pumping" with the elbow.
The difference in the Scottish version is they use a deer, stick a pipe up it's arse and blow.
