Easy Listening Beethoven (directed by Karajan)
The 2nd Movement of Symphony Nr7 has one of the most beautiful melodies composed by Beethoven Easy to remember, it develops from a simple theme into a beautiful bouquet. If you have emotions bottled up this may help release them.

@AlSet-AlOkin Just finished listening. A beautiful piece and Julia Fisher plays great imo. One woman violonist I don't like at all is Anne Sophie Mutter.
The Beethoven concerto for violin I used to listen to as a kid, one of my faves (played by Perlman on YT). The Kreuzer Sonata is also one of my top faves, and then don't get me started with Bach and Rach'.

@khamomil
You have obviously had the fortune of being in a good space for the Classics...when young.
But please refrain the technicalities.

I used to always listen to Beethoven's and other classics when studying in college. It's as if it organized my brain for maximum receptivity. It's very sad that children in my country are no longer taught the European canon, music and literature. Those dead white men represent the "oppressors." Those "artists" that have been substituted are, for the most part, bullshitters.

It was also in 1933 that von Karajan became a member of the Nazi party. (Source: Wikipedia)
With the rise of the Nazi Party in Germany (which Karajan joined in 1933) and the positions that opened up with the purging of Jewish and part-Jewish musicians from all posts, Karajan saw an opportunity to advance rapidly on a bigger stage than any available in Austria (Source iTunes).
As brilliant as Karajan was as a conductor, I recall this whenever I hear his name, even though I'm not Jewish.
