The difference is that this video is not news, it's humor. The description for the video does say exactly what the video is about and anyone can read it prior to clicking on the video as opposed to a description that continues the titles misrepresentation. There is serious news and there is humor, satire and parody.

Sadly it turned out the baby was not fine. She was covered with "penile dents", had a micro penis and a vagina and her chest was covered with hair. But thanks to the kindness of a local comedy club owner whose business was close to being foreclosed, the baby was able to serve a purpose other than being used as a doorstop. And the rest as they say is history.
