At that rate he'll get lightheaded very quickly due to loss of blood. Perhaps one of the cerebral terminal capillaries near the Circle of Willis ruptured on the endothilial mucosa of the Sphenoidal sinus. I hope it is a terminal branch which means clotting factors should do their job, eventually.

1. There is no such thing as a sphenoid aneurysm.
2. The only way to stop bleeding from a 'pseudoaneurysm' of what can be any number of specific arteries, which this likely is, is to embolize it.
3. Once embolized it should not ever recur generally.
4. The internet claim which is the basis for your comment is bogus.

This happens to him periodically. You can google "sphenoid aneurysm" and this video/still pic comes up and explains about how dude got hit with a Rick years ago and fucked his shit up and now get these on occasion. He passes out due to blood loss
